Yes, I realize that this isn’t a sewing post, but these cookies are too yummy not to share. If someone had told me when I was little that I would one day love oatmeal cookies, I would have laughed at them. However, these cookies are delicious! You can find the recipe under the lid of the Quaker Oats oatmeal container. My sister-in-law was the one to introduce me to these cookies and instead of using raisins (yuck), she used currants (yummy). They’re great with a cup of tea!
