Monday we drove along the Antrim Coast Road starting near Belfast and traveling along the water’s edge all the way up to the Giant’s Causeway and then down to Limavady where Lesley and her family live. The coast was absolutely beautiful! The weather was a typical cloudy/rainy in Ireland so pictures didn’t do the view justice at all. It even snowed a little in the morning in Carrickfergus, but it was just flurries. We stopped for lunch along the seaside and at different view points along the coast. The roads were scary narrow and so close to the edge of the cliffs! Glad we were able to go off the beaten path and see the fantastic views! We ended the visit with supper or “tea” at Lesley and David’s house. They have two wee children, Bethan and Callom.
Just a warning… There’s a lot of pictures in this one…
