I am totally on a roll with decorations this year! Usually, I like to wait until the week before Christmas and scramble to get my decorations up just in time to take them down! Maybe it’s because Des is old enough to enjoy the snowmen and sparkly lights, but it’s starting to look pretty and festive around here!
Since I have so much felt around these days, I decided to make a felt Christmas tree pillow! It was super easy to make and relatively quick! (If you take out all the interruptions in between…) I simply cut out two Christmas trees and attached them to my background fabric by stitching out “tree limbs/leaves” through all three layers. Next, I added buttons to embellish the tree, sewed on the zipper and stitched up the remaining three sides. That’s it! Here’s the best part: You can make one too! Just download the tree patterns below and get busy!

I love your ornaments garland. Did you make that too?
Yup! I couldn’t resist the shiny ornaments at Hobby Lobby. They’re Desmond approved too!
